Easter in Review

Easter was a little different this year. 

We stayed home.

I know, crazy, right?  I mean five days off and we didn't go away.  Well, I had five days off.  The man had to oversee the golf course.

On reflection, I can honestly say, we had a good time.  And I'm not exhausted!  Yay to that!

We had a lovely day Good Friday with dear friends over for lunch

Sunday, of course the kids were over the moon to receive their goodies.  A few eggs and a choc bunny, plus our little masterchef got a few cooking utensils whilst my big boy got his first ever lego hero, pretty impressive.

Other than that, we spent time at the park and relaxed.  We even did a bit of cooking together.  But there will be more about Rod's Super Relish another day.

Easter has been fun, we enjoyed making crafts, baking, celebrating with friends, and spending quality time together.  

I hope your family had a good time over the Easter period too.
