Grateful for Family

OK, I'm back into it, I love my grateful posts and toward the end of last year I was getting a little slack, well, that and I had so much other stuff I want to share.

Anyhoo....

Today I'm reminded how grateful I am for family.  I've got my parents and youngest two brothers here this weekend.

Today one of my other brothers and my cousin are going to join us for a BBQ lunch.  I love when I've got a houseful of people who have come together to spend time with us.

That's probably because it ties in with my values, you know, family, connection!

I also love to host people at my home, it's lovely to make an effort, to make a meal for others.  I'm going to try Jody's Roast Baby Beet and Carrot Salad which just sounds divine.

I'm also heading out tonight to check out a movie with my mum, something I do so rarely.  Whooo hoooo.

So anyway, what are you grateful for this weekend?

Why not head over to Kidspot and see what everyone else is grateful for too.

Cheers

Mandy
