I can't tell you how excited I am by the prospect of being able to shop online for Christmas.
In the early years I got away with shopping with the kids in tow and they were none the wiser.
These days, not so much.
Target already have their Toy Sale Catalogue available to preview, the sale begins 21st June.
Too Easy!
I know I've harped on about it before, but shopping in the midyear toy sales means you're totally organised for the coming Christmas.
Plus you have loads of time to pay it off. Remember those times you'd sigh after the Christmas holidays about how broke you were. Well now there are no excuses.
If there's something in the Target Toy Sale you'd really like to buy for someone special then listen up.
I've got a $50 Target Gift Card to give away.
All you need to do is:
Like Target on Facebook
and
Leave a message on this post telling me why you'd like to win.
Open to Australian Residents Only
Closes Friday 22nd June at Midnight
Man of the House will pick the winner
Decision is final.
Cheers
Mandy

I do nearly all my nonfood shopping on line since moving to the country. It is too much of an ordeal to drive to the nearest town which has a good range of shops (an hour and a half). When we do go, we have to buy so much stuff at once and it takes for ever, we all get tired, the kids get cranky, and we swear we will never do it again (until next school holidays anyway!). So of course I would love to win that voucher - saves me time, stress and money :)
ReplyDeleteThis christmas will be my niece's first christmas (she's 4 months old now) so I'd love to get her something extra special. I love Target as they have a really great selection of toys so I'm sure I could get her something great if I won.

I would love to get the voucher so I can actually buy something for myself. And not feel bad about it. I'm a cheapskate when it comes to myself, but I always make sure my kids get the things they need. I haven't bought myself a new shirt in...hmmmm....over a year. I can't even remember. So come on, give me the voucher so I can buy a new shirt.
ReplyDeleteI've never bought anything at a Target toy sale. If I win, I promise I will buy a toy for my kids. (Probably Duplos!)

Love Love Love Target, My little miss has already gone through the catalogue and circled more then half of the toys she wants from Santa, poor Santa :-( $50 would come in very handy :-)

I'd be crazy not to want to win. I can make $50 stretch every which way. It would make such a huge difference thank you.
ReplyDeleteI loved everyone of Facebook.

I would love to win the voucher so I can put it toward that super cool Dollhouse on the catalogue cover. It's half price and such a bargin. My Miss Four would think she was ants pants with that house, (and Barbie will finally have a house to live in!)
ReplyDelete50 bucks at Target would go so far for us. We love Target and buy stuff in sales or on clearance. My daughter is mad about trucks and Mickey Mouse, so I would get them for her for Christmas. (Seriously, she screams with delight when she sees a truck on the road. She's 3)

I've just become an aunty for the ninth time (my sister had a beautiful baby girl on Friday!), so as you can imagine, I have ALOT of gifts to buy at Christmas. Plus I have three children of my own! I am a stay-home mum so have to rely on hubby to pay for the gifts, which makes me feel a bit guilty, even though he never complains. It would be great to be able to contribute something towards the Xmas shopping. My hubby's wallet thanks you in advance for the opportunity!
ReplyDeleteI'd use the voucher to more some more Lego because our little man just can't get enough of it and its nearly impossible to find any at the op shops and garage sales.
ReplyDeleteMy youngest daughter(6) wants a scooter just like her big brother. My husband thinks the rusty hand-me-down is fine for her. Not surprisingly, she disagrees. I'd use the $50 Target voucher to buy the $49 Razor scooter (just like big brothers!) for her Christmas gift .... and surprise both Miss 6 AND her dad!!!
ReplyDeleteI would love to win as after some horrible few months I would love to get a head start on christmas shopping so I can insure the kids have a wonderful christmas
ReplyDeleteMy daughter has waited a year for Jessie Toystory Talking Doll to have.. I keep promising her that the June Toy Sales I will buy it for her.. unfortunately this year.. its not on special.. so will need some help paying for it!
ReplyDeleteMy boys just LOVE Lego...and a $50 voucher for Lego would be a huge help to the Christmas budget! Because, of course, you can never have too much Lego!
ReplyDeleteWell, where do I start! While I'm not big on toys for Christmas, having a new little dude around by then will mean I may need to actually buy some new toys that are a bit more boy-like & being off work, the $50 would be nice!
ReplyDeleteI would love to win so I can buy my Hubby a christmas present! (something other than jocks and socks)!

I'd love to win because spending up on other people's money is SUCH fun. Seriously, I get a real buzz from entering a store with a gift card loaded up, knowing I can go crazy and not have to pay for it myself. Also, I can get my son some toys. LOL :) djchilds@hotmail.com Liked both on FB!
