Grateful for Our Home
It doesn't matter what is going on in the world if you can walk through your front door and find sanctuary.
I am grateful for the love that is in my home.
My husband and three little people, warm my heart.
There are so many things I love about my home;
You know that feeling, when you go on an awesome holiday, but just can't wait to get home, yeah that!
Snuggling on the couch on movie night.
A BBQ out the back.
Chalk drawings in the driveway.
A freshly weeded garden.
Neighbours.
Music streaming through the outdoor speakers.
Knowing I can drive into my garage on a rainy day.
But most of all I'm eternally grateful for whom I share it with.
I'm linking up with Maxabella Loves for 52 Weeks of Grateful over at Village Voices.
What are you grateful for this week?
Cheers
Mandy.

I'm grateful for my husband. He works so hard almost every day of the week just so we can afford for me to stay home with my little man.
ReplyDeleteMy husband is the hardest working person I know, and I love him more than anything.
You're right, it's so great to come home.
That's so lovely Melissa. Just make sure you tell him that!
DeleteI'm with you.
ReplyDeleteThere's no place like home.
:-) xx
Beautiful words, and a great list of things to be grateful for!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love my home too, love the house and the location and the feeling... I love it best when I am in it alone however!!
ReplyDeleteThere is NOTHING like the joy of arriving home and the feeling of peace that just washes over you... until the kids go berserko and all that! ;) xx
ReplyDeleteThat is so beautiful. Your gratefuls put a big smile on my face! x
ReplyDeleteWhat am I grateful for this week? For this post! Thank you for making me sigh, and smile.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful list of gratefuls - slightly jealous at being able to drive into the garage - ours has no internal access to the house so does not help on rainy days LOL
ReplyDeleteLovely post! Nothing better than coming back from a great holiday and being happy to be back!
ReplyDeleteSo much to be grateful for, a full list for a full heart.
ReplyDeleteLovely post! I love my home too...especially this moment with the log fire on, it's so cold! :)
ReplyDeleteThat's so true Mandy! There is nothing in the world like home, and it's the people in it that make it special. My eldest son moves out in less than two weeks (for the 3rd and final time!) and I'm already missing his noisy presence! Home will never be the same again.
