Geleez Paint and Decorate Peel Off Stickers
Lulu loves to craft, plain and simple.
So this was the perfect accompaniment for the winter school holidays. It feels like we've been trapped inside going stir crazy. Lulu is constantly looking for things to do and usually making a huge mess whilst she's at it.
Enter Geleez paint and decorate peel off stickers. I loved that this activity was tidy. The pictures/stickers already have the outline complete so all you need to do is fill in or colour in the images.
With a handful of pictures to choose from Lulu opted to complete one picture a day. This meant we really got long term value out of Geleez also.
Not only are you provided with the paint, there is also a small collection of 3D add-ons and glitter to complete the product with style.

Disney's Treasure Buddies DVD
I'll be honest and say when I was asked if I'd like to review Treasure Buddies, I had not heard of the buddies series before.
Last week my electrician, who has older children said "Oh so you're entering into the Buddies phase" that was when I realised I probably should know who the buddies were.
The buddies are a group of dogs who go on a series of adventures. In their latest adventure, Treasure Buddies, they head to the ruins of ancient Egypt.

Talking dogs, I wasn't sure about it myself, but I can confirm it certainly captured the attention of the kids.
The are now buddies fans and will be keen to see some of their other adventures.
And if you can't get enough of the buddies, check out the website with loads of fun activities, a great way to entertain the kids on these cold and wet winter days.

ReplyDeleteI'd like to win this DVD as this would make a special little treat for my daughters.
They already have a couple of the Buddies DVDs and they love them.
We have made a new tradition on Saturday nights to turn off all phones, laptops etc and sit down as a family and watch a DVD (complete with popcorn of course!), without distractions.
I hate to admit that sometimes I don't pay my children the attention they deserve, just due to the fact that there are three of them and one of me, but with our Saturday night ritual, the time is special and they have my undivided attention (and hubby's too).
So I'd love to watch this with them on an upcoming Saturday night :)

ReplyDeleteAwww My Miss 6 has been puppy/dog mad her whole sweet little life, even though we arent allowed a dog she makes up for it with 30odd stuffed dogs and furreal puppies petshops etc, even her bed spread is Daysha Dog... Ive always said shes half puppy half girl she still pretends to be a dog and even makes you throw a ball for her to fetch haha. My Miss 10 was terrified when she started school she would embarrass her by being a dog. Great giveaway Thanks
ReplyDeleteGo the Buddies! We're off on an adventure of our own soon, with longlonglong flights to USA to visit my family. (yes, I'm terrified of traveling with two children on a plane that long) The Buddies latest DVD would be welcome distraction from being stuck inside a plane for over 15 hours for Mr 4 and Miss 8.

Peanut and Butter are new additioms to our family. Two pund rescue dogs for my 3 little boys. Since bringing them home they are "puppy" osessed...so would adore these movies.
